KJ, is, referred to as a newbie kingdom because all the *****s go there. It's easier to get into then a Care Bear Club (xD). There's no RP test, not necessarily a level req (lvl 8, please.), and not necessarily a 'no scammer' policy, until they later scam...

-shrug- Kick the newbies, and recruit some high level people, then you won't be "****s".
