The editor is built in.
No idea about Pinnacle frame rate, however its pinnalce 8, as it's an old card.

I don't play FPS'es (as I tend to get gibbed fast) and haven't had access to it before. Plus I'm no longer staff, really. So I'm a real player. :-)

Hmm i got my VIP to long ago and now i have to wait once again.. to bad that i bought the VIP for this reason and i am not going to get to use that it said becasue it is going to run out =( To bad graal cant keep there word on things. =(
