Human resources or HR was not just anyone. It was NightFall, Nemesis and Contego.

Recap: I think the only bad thing about the GGP, would be picking the right members. Since we have: Myself, Stanislav, and WaterLord, I'm not sure who else would fit the job and not be currupt.

Leaveing all personal reasons behind, I think two more members that were hired by application, would be perfict.

No one Emails because the amount of responses people get on graal is very low. As a matter of fact Stefan doesnt even use email anymore. That and emails are usually replied hours after being sent. Which sucks hard.

No because its mostly the responsibility of the current globals to answer emails related to whatever the staffer is. I know Spark is quick with this and Loriel is too since he's a forum hoe (yes hoe, the farm tool notice the E behind the h and the o)

Well I always reply, but why people don't use it just because Stefan doesn't is beyond me, and why people need instant attention all the time also is confusing.

Forum PMs i check about 20 times a day, e-mail is checked literally every 60 seconds and im available on AIM almost always.

I also occasionally visit N-Pulse now because they have the old "hey i started graal playing these levels" world up

I do not think so, as you are pking some times, and many players, as I have said before, do not read the fourms, and will not even know who you are.

Also, you are defending the fact that you do not need/want any body to share anything you have.

Also, many people would like a light workload. Not that it changes your job at all.

Just thought I should comment, whenever I have needed the help of the PWA or GST, I've had no trouble at all coming in contact with them. Of course I can't always get an instantaneous response, but it always comes within the day. If this GGP thing was made, I highly doubt it would cut response time or make any sort of impact

And alot of the GlobalStaff (I belive) are at that bad time of Finals, which will be hogging time in their lives for a few weeks, so keep that in mind. You will have to/have been through the same, so be considerate.

This is by far one of the worse ploys I have seen to get power in the graal comminity. First off Its easy to get in contact with a global. None of them try to hide from people. Next I would like to say congrats on your group of friends that you want to make into a global Police. As for people that dont know globals all they have to do is hmm lemme think log onto forums and check. If your having a problem where do you go? To the website what will you find there a way to the forums where maybe other people have had your problem, but wait you need to talk to a global! Well thats something else.
Why not click on the link that says contacts for graal online staff. Its not that people dont know who's who, its that they dont care enough to find out themselves. And anyways its not for you to decide when graal needs more globals.

I havent had a problem at all getting ahold of Globals, I mean they arent on 24/7, and sometimes you may have to wait awhile, but hey...they have to eat, sleep, do school stuff, and basically live their life too ya know?

It is simple really, if the PW's are being policed the way they should, they hire new GP's, there is certainly no shortage of people who want to be GP. If a PW is out of control, staff is out of control, or whatever...it is the PWA's job to handle it, and if it is too much for them to handle, they can hire more PWA =)
