It was more than one person anyway, well probably only one that send the profane messages, but alot of people were trying it out

I can't find the thread that you speak of, so I'll say this here;

It wasn't a bug, really, it was more of an overlooked obvious (You may notice something about these two words being together.)

It was a command for admins, but since the NPC server is an NPC people can control it, to an extent. Some people found out they could use a certain admin command to send messages to all of the servers with anything that pleased them.

As a result people were saying things that pleased them, but nother others. And I suppose to the extent I saw it being used it could very well have been laggy. Now to make them stop I would think perhaps they disconnected the accounts server until they fixed the problem.

There should be some kind of feature (and right) to allow people to send messages to other servers, but not so it would appear in the RC Window,
There could be another icon that would display messages from other servers. It would work like the playerlist except be a list of servers where you could message one, or all of them. This would be an easier way for people to get out any warnings about hackers etc. It would be a good way to send out updates for things on Graal.
