There's a difference between a rule existing and a rule being followed. Although in most cases the existance is vital to any other part...

ok, lets just calm down and get the admins to check the chat logs, and also, buying items for USD should be illegal no matter weather you massed it (directly) or not, cause think about this, 2 people start playing graal at the same time, thay both get to a decent point (about 2 weeks of play time), then one of them gets farther ahead of the other guy, and then the other one gets the idea to buy stuff fore USD, seeks out USD sellers, and buys crap with his boatload of money, now even if the other guy got the same idea, what if he didn't have 5k real money to buy dumb graal items with? he would instantly become pathetic compared to the other guy, effectivle making him feel ripped off and leave graal, or keep playing graal and become evil...

even if theres something wrong with my previous text, you must odviosly get the point, real life success should NOT tie in with graal success, it makes the game comepleatly unfair and lose players, now those evil USD buyers are all thats left, some nice person comes, instantly becomes evil or leaves, and eventually, everyone knows the game is unfair and full of evil players.

btw i read>tought>posted
(and no andy has not contacted me, even if he tried, i wouldn't do it just cause he said so, unless there was good reason to.)

He said such trades are illegal if Graal as a legal body is involved in any way, i.e. if the deal's conducted via any of the graal servers. AIM, on the other hand, is fine, as you cannot sue graal for a potential scam.
