people need to realise that when you upload soemthing onto a graal server, it becomes property of graal online. You thus have no rights to it if you had any.

(This is why copyrighted material is ilegal on graal)

Samthing with Haunter aka Shadowless. Manager gave me permission that was Manager at the time but since His friend is PWA I got screwed.

If you're talking about archaic_lamp-standard.png, no, because i'm using it. Otherwise, yes. Feel free to use other lamps. (i think Bloo Kat made many lamps styles).

Yes, thats exactly how it worked.

First of all. If you're refering to Brandon as the manager, he wasn't the only manager during the time I was there. There was also, Brent, Sky and Thak. Did you ask all of them as well?

Secondly, this case couldn't simply rely on 'by-the-book' methods to resolve itself. Because 'bravo' isnt the same project, or a re-make of the original Bravo, it was questionable if it was the same server or not. Technically it was, but honestly, when you think about it, it was simply hiding behind a name. And as for the PWA being my friend. The only one who I would consider an actual "friend" would be VT. I like the others, but I never talk with them or anything... That's one out of 5 people who made the decision. So don't give me that crap. VT would not take sides like that anyway.

This was My understanding of the EULA when I read them several months ago:[list=1][*]When you upload something onto a Graal Online server it becomes Property of Linux cyberjoueurs.[*]If you wish to use Graphics from another server, you should seek permission from The server Owner/Manager[*]IF the server is no longer around, You should seek the Advice of a Graal Online Administrator, who will likely direct you to ask Stefan/Unixmad[/list=1]
