I agree with houdini, why in hell do you need them if you're server is UC, only hire 1-3 GP's no 1 else, it's just pointless...

Not having FAQ/ET/GP for a UC server is a matter of opinion, though it may not be needed I still don't believe there should be restrictions on having them.

Don't manage the servers for the managers, let them do it themselves.

I completely agree. It should be more up to the managers to decide wether or not they should hire those types of staff members.

That wouldn't be a choice of unixmad would it... it would be the LATs etc... unixmad isn't an employment agency.

I think the PWA is going a bit far. There job is to inspect playerworlds. If I want to hire someone on my server for the sole purpose of picking up bushes and throwing them, that is my business, as a server manager.

As for the rights go:

PWA cant really have a say in the level of rights that are given out. That is a risk that the manager takes when he gives out rights like that. PWA should be able to come and give advise, but not force any action unless the person recieving the rights is a known hacker or so.
