Water Path

Yeah, this is an NPC but it is an editor NPC, so I am putting it here for you LATs. Figured I better get it out while offline editing still exists. Thank you to Soul-Blade who went to the time of figuring out what tiles needed to be changed from sand path generator and scripting an array generator.

Note: Because this is a port of the sand path generator, it does not add the little ripples around the edge, but this still saves time.

Installation: Close Graal, put this file in levels/npcs, restart Graal. Works just like the sand path generator.
