Normally I dont show people anything for a 2 week trial period. In which we assign small tasks that wont be detrimental to the server if its leaked. Then after some work is done and a person is found trustworthy we allow them to see the rest of the server. But having known Valder for a while I knew what I was getting into and had no problem with trusting him.

I feel the 5 references is a bit over kill personally but to each their own. I personally dont care about references as long as they prove themselves trustworthy through various appointed tasks and getting to know them on more of a one on one basis. Like Oinkness for example. I was very reluctant to hire him as I didnt know him at all. Especially in the taboo area of music where most things are stolen. But he's proven himself trustworth, loyal and has even branched out into other areas of development. Definatly glad I hired him.

Funny '*****', most people did not know about Giltwist for a long time, and he was one of the best scripters on graal, and now he is on the forums, and gets along with most people fine. Please don't try to randomly flame when what you say is *****ic, and untrue.

Well, I was interested in working for Hartland before, but I got a music job on Shifting Ages instead. I don't really like Hartland's graphics anyway...

Huh? Where? I've never once badmouthed Shifting Ages or any other UC server (unless I had a good reason) to my knowledge....
