Those items should be accessable to all, by doing quests or such. so that the people who get the items by winning events, anyone who lost could just do a difficult quest and get it for themself (and I don't mean easy-difficult like those lords, i mean something that a level 50+ character would have trouble with.)

ALWAYS UNHAPPY! At least once I would like to see you people say: Congratulations. But NOOOO, you just have this thing up your behind that forces you to *****.

For god's sake, You know that Stefan won't give out items "Just for the heck of it". Those people might be involved in some project, they might help out, they might be very stable paying customers, they migh be oldbies from back when, WHATEVER. If they got the item, there was a reason for them to get it.

How many times have you helped the comunity? What have you done for the better of the Graal? Fools! Nothing but a bunch of fools!

Now if you'll excuse me I have to take a shower.

[edit]Well what do you know... word "ass" is not censored.[/edit]

Staff should get special items, but just not be allowed to sell/trade them unless allowed. And the items should be different than event items. Hence the name.

I helped a ton of people when I was staff on GK and did I get stuff? No, I earned all my stuff through hard work. I don't see what's different with Geovanie Unless he sucked up to Stefan like lots of people with Debug do and I witnessed it myself when I had debug. I changed though, I never sucked up to Stefan for anything and so it's pretty pathetic that other people do. They will do anything for power

It is entirely true that Geo gets free items. How? Probably by bugging Stefan and abusing his generosity. We've argued over this in debug too, but you'll need a lot of luck if you want to get any logical reasoning through his skull...

(Oh, and a reward for work? Hah! I have seen him do nothing on debug other than inconveniencing others -_-)

Yes, GL did indeed get items from Stefan. The funny thing is, he does nothing for GK besides give idiotic comments. The only reasons he seems to be on debug is to get direct communication to Stefan...

When I asked him why he got the items he claimed he has done much for Graal in the past and currently...what exactly? Who knows. The rewards for PW is getting a well known name, respect, and the glory which comes with creating a great world. The reward to debug is direct communication to Stefan, and other developer wants....but to get free items? That is a violation to plain respect for the players. I don't care about people using in game functions to get items (scamming, PKing, whatever) but using a outside source like GL has, Darklux, and few others...that is not fair. Many on debug has done MUCH more work, yet ask for no items. Heck, I do much more then him and I am AGAINST staff taking advantage of Stefan's kindness.

Just don't take me wrong. Do NOT blame Stefan. He is just a little to generous to people some times...but this time he needs to consider the players needs rather then "co workers".

I realize this is not fair for any players, and I am trying/have tryed/will try to get Stefan to realize the fault in his current way. Hopefully such godly items will be removed/never given away again, and hopefully new ways to implement such items, other then giving them away.

You wouldn't be saying it if it was YOU who had gotten free items. But then if you worked for Stefan and had skills like Auron then you would be. I've made a few things for 2k2, and I do global work. I probably would be on the "deserve it" list but I wouldn't take it anyways.

yeah, so dont jump to conclusions that all staff are corrupt, most of us work and do not ask. But there are a few corrupt people who do tend to ask and ask and ask and.. Even the newer staff members ask for them, And Darklux, i dont know whats up with that, cos many older staff did not get any items

Many of us would not accept those free items.

I work on debug RC, I have skills like Auron (though in a different field). Same applies to Soul Blade, yet neither of us have yet taken advantage of Stefan's generosity by bugging him for free items.

I especially like pushing Geovanie "Over-bloated Ego" Legend, behind bookshelves because he fires off strings of cusswords. Its such a funny sight when one angers on a game.

Free items from stefan, hmm... Geo showed me the hammer and shield, but he never mentioned how he got them.
I'd much rather somebody who actually worked to get thier stuff show me how to get them though.

Oh please, I do a great deal of work, but I'd rather not compare myself to Auron because it will only sound arrogant. If I wanted I could get any item I want in seconds, but the thing is, I have respect for the players...

Anyone else who works on debug knows how I feel about people getting free items, and it isn't pretty.

I know I havn't done that much for the community or GK (except from keeping myself from doing harm) - but I agree that accepting special items for your work isn't a really fair approach. I wouldn't, though you'd have to take my word for that. Anyway, it endangers the balance, and people who are powerfull outside the game become powerful inside it, too. If they'd get plats for it I wouldn't even mind, for that they wouldn't be able to get stuff other players can't even when they work hard enough. I'm not saying you "debug-people" aren't doing a great job Just that the reward shouldn't ruin the game, as, the way I take it, most of you agree... uhm.. *backs off*
