I can't kill him in 10 seconds. Here is what happenes. I see him casting, I run, get out my wand, cast ice storm and counter spell like a few times, and try to bullet him, but the laggy spell menu screws my chances. Oh well, im all leveled up now and can resist the heat. >:)

There are ways to get around that.

The "laggy spell menu" can be avoided, you don't need to cast using it ..
