Well stefan, there are good points valid here. What if someone who cannot get into a kingdom because they scam or pk alot? They can't switch modes. And if your not in a kingdom, you are in battle mode. But really, that will be a problem for people that are new, or people that are low leveled and thrown out. You kinda making it like being in a kingdom provides somewhat of a protection to yourself. =/
