There has to be some simplification in this process. Most people who have problems have to dig and find other means that are not really present on the main website itself (the accounts e-mail given is joke). Me myself was not successful until a few of my friends forum pmed unixmad & Stefan. How would others do this if they did not know any people with a p2p account? This was the only method where any response at all was received over a 2 week period. For still having the majority as free accounts back in the old days thats fine, but when people pay? That's kind of absurd.

I miss Kyle as account manager, I never see Agelaos, even when I am on at odd times(like now). The one previous from Kyle(James205) was also really great.
If you call typing and giving a response and going on servers, etc etc, hard, then I feel sorry for you. /openacc *. That is way too hard. THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE. Some people are more challenged and some people are just naturals at it. And I was it for about 3 months.

Yeah, you can easily say that since you're not currently the account administrator anymore, it's a stressful job, and yes I did think before I posted, I got knowledge from other account admins and there responses were that it was a hard job, sure not very hard, but it was challenging. Answering 100 e-mails and taking care of all account problems is hard, lets not forget this is graal, it's hard to keep a job without someone complaining, kind of like what you're doing right now.

You can say whatever you like, people have different abilities. I'm not going to argue with an invalid point. Please don't bother trying to argue with me.

I thought the job was pretty boring too after awhile, but NightLord was a bit more "loose" with what we did. I mean typing and clicking a few buttons isn't hard unless you get stressed really easily.
