banning a global rc acc is foolish, and will get your pw in trouble.

Being a so-called "playerworld manager" is going to be one hell of a job. If you affect even ONE playerworld in a negative way, they will go crazy on you. I feel the same way. When Oasis is up and running, if something is done that negatively affects my server, I'm going to raise holy hell.

Yes I know about shutting things down. I have helped a lot of playerworlds sort through issues.

But then again what they do not understand is simply that I manage it in the aspect of the owners RUN their servers. But They must follow the rules of graal. I enforce those rules. Make sure they are not doing anything illegal. Also if they require help from a global admin they come to me and I help them with that and get everything done. As I will be contacting Stefan and Unixmad with whatever they need, or with whatever they require.

Manage doesn't mean I come on and take over their server. No I do not do that. I will give suggestions and come to a big compromise with the owners on things that can be done to be improved on. Their levels, their development is done how they do it, and how they want the server to look. The staff part, the people on staff is my concern. THat is what I look at. IF their server is up. Obviously it is up for a reason, thus the levels, npc's, music and everything else is reviewed and looked at by the inspectors. if they find them to be illegal, actions are taking accordingly.

I don't care about Nemesis's job, I guess Psyker is happy (read his post), but I do not think Nemesis should have FTP, the highest level of Remote Control access, or be able to remove staff members.

Either way, Nemesis is a dumb idiot and is not fit for the job.

I just pray that you don't plan on enforcing any STUPID crap like HRO where we have to report things to you and tell you who we are hiring/firing. That was some BS.

Psyker's job is to inspect playerworlds, for illegal npc's, etc etc etc. Also to inspect new playerworlds to be placed on the graal servers.

That is what his job is according to what I found out. Regardless he will still be doing his job, and be the leader of his team. That doesn't change.

No, anything to do with hiring and firing goes through unixmad.

I will not make those decisions unless it is an absolute must, it never has came to that. The past is in the past. This is a new. I haven't done anything yet.

HRO team wasn't fully explained thus why it wasn't taken in correctly and it was messed up bad.

This is no where near that, where I fire owners. Owners will be removed by Stefan or Unixmad if it's come to be that way.

You need to have RC to see if any NPCs are illegal if they have (npcserver).
