Everywhere I go... be it message boards, games... very very rarely does anyone ever get banned.

Why must people like Twiztid try to justify their own stupid acts?

And I doubt he will sue Cyberjouer. He has no solid court case, and he probobly spent all his money buying accounts so he can't afford a good lawyer.
