Heh...well for one, W-Dragoon didn't make anything you see in those screens (except the compass), he made the body stuff and head which everyone will soon see...

Heh, it seems you like everything which should be liked then...I don't like the fluffy grass either...looks to...plastic-like...

As for the tree, can't put my finger on it yet...

The trees are hard to explain.

They too look plastic-ish and just don't seem to fit with the rest of the tileset.

I guess you could say they are too detailed.

back then his gfx sucked he didn't know how to shade clothes and he used the same red white blue and dark red base colors I used to make the beta body to detail his body, and me being too lazy to detail a body myself had to go back and recolor every sprite so it wouldn't looks so dumb...... and now soul blade takes forever using the pen tool to put one dot of color down every 2 minutes to match is perfect shading style, wich could be optomized and speed up by like, 50 million pixels a minute (maybe 32 pixels, or something, but a lot faster than he does it)

but who am I to complain? he said I dont' have to do any gfx for a long time, so no more graal for a long long long time :P happy new years everyone!

since your a genius and you made that one tree thing, you really don't have a limit to how far the branches can be spread out (correct me if I'm wrong) they need to be spread out a lil more.... that or you need a skinnier trunk:o

The leaves aren't too good on the tree for some reason. I think we should use the old tileset's trees, they were perfect... Then again, I think we should use the old tileset...

All the templates and everything for armor,gloves,shields,boots,and helmets are done. I will soon be posting a screenshot of how a character would look after a bit of playing and collecting items, after I get main ganis done (walking and such)

The grass looks too blue to me. Its like winter colored. It would be good for mountains but not other terrain. And the door in the house looks too small the graalian is too big for it.

Hmm grass to blue? Is anyone else seeing this? As for the door to small, I know =(. I think I will just pull and graal2002 and leave it that way...(graal2002's door was way to big

there are a few of those 1 tile plant tiles i dislike, and the tiles right outside the door...tree top sucks as well =(

Ok thank you Cyanide I already made a new body and all the equipment since apparantly I couldn't depend on you to make what I asked. Heh, my new templates for stuff is alot smaller so get on AIM!

Here is the first body example. Right now the character has equiped Knights Armor, Knights Helm, Leather Gloves, Leather Boots, and (although you can't see it because it's on his back) Knights Shield. The screen I will show tommorrow will be what it looks like when he is in the battle stance.

Well I am not going to submit until I am certain it will make it online. It could take long, or not long at all, it all depends on how things go. But I will not submit it before it is ready, because I don't want another server going up without any content.

everything looks great until the head.....its not centered right with the eyes....the guy looks cross-eyed

In case you all did not notice, my use of that tileset in that screen is VERY horrible. Thats they way it should be. You will see it in full when the server is release.

Niceness! But it seems a bit too jungly (making new words is funness) for the place... Perhaps, another grass tile for more settled areas, or make settled areas in complete dirt?

It will look alot better once I get bushes and other plants mixed in, and for towns once I get a walkway and flowers and such. That type of grass does not look good unless its with lots of other tiles, thats what I mean by I was not using it correctly in that screen.
