I think I remember why Nishoku shut it down. Stefan had sent Nishoku an e-mail that there has been people sending him bad reports about Xone(Or something like that...)and that he gave Nishoku, I think it was, 1 or 2 weeks to get Xone together or it would shut down. I think that is probably partially the reason he had it shut down.
