Its kind of hard to tell if someone is working on a server or making one, you can barely go anywhere without someone saying something like:

Ok guys here is a idea, this would go mostly for the PW Testers and not the players but this would work very well. One person tests the player world completely, looks through it and other things, as you go through the world take screen shots randomly. Post them on the site in the Staff Section and allow the PW Management to vote wether it passes or not. This would go for making the team also, whoever wants to join make a team of like 5 or 8 people, and have the current PW Management Members on vote the players on.

As Python was saying about how people who own servers go around saying how good their server is asking for staff is alot of people, but if you notice the people who do that, never get their server up. This is how I got my staff members today, I send a mass message around Classic saying something like this,

"We are a world of 900+ levels, Visit www.m2k1.f2s.com and tell me what you think. "

The 900+ levels part of the only thing that says something about the server. Alot of people seem to like it, I put it on 1.28 and had 28 players on it and they all loved it even without the Script Support it was good.
