wtf is wrong with my comp then. I got a 700mhz comp with a Voodoo3 2000 and when I enable light effects I lag like crap. It's either that or my modem cuz I don't have cable, but a modem has nothing to do with gfx. wtf is wrong?

Hmm... I have an ATI Rage 128 and mine has always worked.
