good rain system won't lag no matter how slow your modem is because it's clientside.

Easy. Timevar almost does that for us. We just need to make the time ratio 1:1. Of course, there's the problem with time zones...

Such a thing is impossible. Graal cannot access that information - it would have to be inputted manually. AND it would be a bad idea for many reasons.
