I'm not even going to comment on Minoc's low IQ level in this thread...

Look, no rules = anarchy which is not what I expect when I paid to play on the 2001 server. I'm sorry that rules have to be enforced in a video game because some people are too immature to handle themselves without having rules. Even with the rules they still can't handle themselves. There would be no need for rules if people didn't try and steal them in the first place. It's one thing to steal from rich people but when you have some guy that has 20 gralats to his name and he is trying to work hard mining and you go and steal his rocks, that is just pathetic.

If we abolish rules then I say we abolish all the people that make rules needed. :o

Uhhh it's kind of hard to give ownership to pearls that randomly appear when shells open.. I doubt stefan will add the "HEY THATS MINE" command so when you say "HEY THATS MINE" the pearl is yours.

Mabey if the police were told the rules then this wouldnt happen.
