The Crescent Pirates will not be getting involved in this squabble. We believe if war is declared by Samurai, on Dustari then that is how it should be. We are in full support this idea:

Why do you need to organize a attack WITH the person you attacking?

Side One: Let's attack eachother at three o'clock! But shot attacking first!
Side Two: No, I've got a appointment at the dentist then! Wait, whaaaaat?! I wanna Attack first!
Side One: Eight o'clock?
Side Two: No, I'm asleep then!

This is how it should be:

Side One: BOOM!
