I'm not saying for him to be a staff member. I'm saying that if he is bringing all these ideas up and just posting them why not he just make gfxs for the ideas he is thinking and send it in or w.e

-Fishing
-Boat building for fishing
-Revamp casino so its useful
-Era Newspaper (only been waiting 3 years on this?)
-Add a better purpose to wood cutting
-Digging (have players dig for rare roots or something)
For you all to know. I asked staff and I do not have any such banns or jails on my account.
I believe you have mistaken me for the wrong person.
I am events team right now anyways.
They wouldn't hire me if I had such a record anyways.

Can't fix a broken economy by giving people more ways to break it.

what? that duznt make any sense, if tomorrow they decide to make gun prices 10x more expensive 1mil today would be worth 10mil the day after
so if everyone has more money or can easily obtain it then the economy wouldnt be "broken" but era money would simply be worth less

The economy would be broken actually, since people always put a pricetag on items in terms of money.

Making money easier to get like it was after the reset caused problems. Money is the regulator in the economy for the most part.

So I don't know what you're even talking about.

I fail to see how giving players a chance to make money more efficiently to keep up with these ridiculous prices and fun for all content is breaking the economy. If anything if this was implemented correctly it would help Era..although again, it would have to be well thought out and put in right so that we don't repeat the past with Era's economy.
The only people that do not want this change are people who are already very wealthy in the game or people that just don't want Era moving forward at all.

The problem is that there is too much money with the players. Jobs give them more money appearing from thin air. There needs to be circulation not a continual addition of money onto the server.

More jobs with a complete disconnect to the server's purpose is a terrible idea.

Everyone's been suggesting/begging for fishing for forever, but why? What's the point? It'll be pizza-making or mining with a different button mini-game. Digging already = sea shells. Digging up "rare roots" barely would pass on a fantasy RPG server, much less on Era. Boat building? Gross. Go play Kingdoms and see how fun that is. The casino is fine as-is, define what a "useful" casino is? One where you can expect to win on a regular basis? No. It's supposed to be a high-risk, low reward fun diversion. Not a central element to core gameplay.

Integrating core-gameplay into the job system would be a better idea. Certain locations that could be periodically raided by gangs (instant cliche idea would be a financial institution such as a bank) for decent cash payouts (automatically split among the raiders) would be fun. It might also add some more purpose to gang raids by allowing them to fight over specific areas on the map for more reason than simply "the sake of raiding".

Finding a way to allow the gangsters to quit their hardcore day-jobs as pizza cooks, lumberjacks, ditch diggers, and aspiring botanists would be the best way to spend staff time on changing the job market rather than adding in more useless ways to remove players further from the server's core gameplay.

They don't let just anyone manipulate time and space via the event warper. Such power even in the hands of a fool could be devastating.

Isn't Era's ETA Name? If so, that'll explain why you have the job.

Was on once when Classic was at war with Era.You don't need to play to realize that there is a problem and the solutions given will not work. Just reading the forums can give you an idea of the problems Era is facing.
