I really like how you cut the second sentence short. It leaves the reader with a sense of mystery and wonder pondering about the concept of unbound potential. Perhaps it's extra credit to finish the sentence?
But surely it doesn't tie into the REQUIREMENTS section which so prematurely ends that sentence's life , does it?
