i dont really think he is hiring anymore, if you read on the last page it said that he is giving up and going to find a nat job... i think he was an N-Pulse NAT or LAT... so i think nerv is scrapped for a while

Nerv served it's purpose. While none of us actually had faith in it, with the exception of Forkk himself, it was a nice little server for iPhone players to learn about leveling, scripting, etc.
