It seems like you had no planning at all when creating your level and you just started from one side of the level and moved to the other.
Maybe try planning what you want in the level and possibly drawing it out on paper or in paint. I can't just open the level editor and start throwing tiles around, I have to either be inspired or have a well thought out design already made.
Each level should have a purpose and not just be there just to be there. Since your's is intended to be a sewer house why not add some of the green sewer tiles and make full use of the tileset.
Lets not forget that addtiledef2 is also your friend. That allows you to incorporate other images into the existing tileset.
Also era's sewer walls use a horrible design so you're better off figuring out another way to create the walls because mimic them will just degrade your level.
Another thing, I don't know why people are complaining about a level being to square. There's so many ways to make a square level look good and I think it's a good idea to use squares for levels because when have you ever seen a room that is shaped like some of those crazy levels on graal.
Yes they look good but they are eye candy and they shouldn't be put online because of how they obstruct the players movement. Honestly, the biggest piece of advice anyone could give you is most of the current era levels are ugly and could be improved so don't use them to learn from.
