Bowlich says: I've seen plenty of boards in which the moderators are liked, not despised, such is the case on the damasca boards. If everyone on the damasca boards can get along with the moderator why can't the people on g2k1? Obviously a moderator who is disliked is not performing as the board members which him/her to perform. Such a moderator should alter their ways to better get along with the members instead of creating friction.
