Actually, that's already a rule for any server.
as for levels, its for the PW Team to decide.

I mean they didnt say in teh current rules you have to have 200 completed levels, but they count that against you. they never said you cant have a laggy pw, but they will not pass it if it is.
So its just common sense, dont turn in 100 levels of grass.

As for the lfie system, alot of pw staff dont know of all the capabilities of npc-server, and dont want to make one untill they know what all they can do.
and the quest thing is cuz you are required 2 heart quests (last I heard)

And to SLP and KLJ

QUESTS are a fun and assential part of playerworlds, they give you something to do when you get tired of mini-games.

even the most entertaining mini-game cant beat a good old fashined quest.

and for me saying the map thing, it was just lising my requirements, I never stated they were all new.
