If the weapon is permanent, the time is listed as 30 days. After the 30 days, the weapon is shown as permanent again. Permanent items overlapped by monthly weapons will not be deleted.

You can't normally win permanent weapons. Administrators may be able to make weapons permanent, but it is usually the manager's decision if that is allowed. Events team members aren't able to add permanent weapons to players unless it has been changed.
