You made the claim Graal wouldn't be around in 2 years time, so you have find the evidence to support it. Without evidence, you're claim fails.

It'd be a completely different story if Crono made the initial claim that Graal won't be dead in 2 years.

It'd be a different story because if he made the claim, the burden of proof would be on him. You made the claim, so you need the evidence to back it up. That's just the way it goes.

For example, if I said "There's life on Jupiter", I'd need to evidence for my statement to hold up. You made a statement and you should have produced evidence for it.

Also, I can spell 'your' quite perfectly. Haven't you made a typo in your entire life? I guess not

I'm pretty sure several third-world terrorist organizations have a higher member count than Army, that doesn't doesn't necessarily make them more successful though

As far as marketing goes, MS is marginally more successful than graal purely because of it's ability to sustain constant play for a large portion of the gaming market. It's easy to get into, very accessible, extremely easy to play and is completely free from the bat. It lures you in with enhanced items for cash, and other good-looking/swirly things that attract interest.

In essence, CJ attempted to do the same thing with the whole gelat/card system. Did it work? No. Different niche of the market entirely. The fact that playercount is dropping and that there's extremely little incentive for new players to join a dying game, it's simply a matter of time before the dropout becomes exponential and graal descends into silence as nobody bothers playing it anymore.

Can this be fixed? Yes. I have yet to see advertising for graal on any google syndication ad which is gaming specific. I have never seen graal mentioned on any major gaming forum nor have I seen it reviewed by any major game reviewing site. It's not the matter that graal is terrible or a bad game, it's just the fact that it's not actually visible to the public. Graal needs to be advertised, more 'polished' payment methods added, and work on various completely meaningless side projects (such as GK or Graal3d, face it - both are dead) needs to cease and the time allocated to that needs to be spent on improving server architecture to support additional load and various other technical hoo-hah that can allow the developing community to create better playerworlds, therefore retaining a large number of newer players.

TLDR: Graal needs to advertise, graal3d/GK need to die.

Most of new mmo's get a high playercount within a month just by saying this.

Most of those MMOs are the exact same. Most of Graal's servers (minus Zodiac, GK, and maybe Era), couldn't really live with micropayments like that

Here's some advice to Stephane and Stefan.
If you're trying to make a game, and you want it to be a steady money-source for you/the creators, popular, and a GOOD game, you have to PAY SOME PEOPLE TO HELP!
I mean I know it's hard to trust people these days, but all you have to do is get a copyright, save a backup of all the source codes and scripts onto another, private computer, and hire some people. If you have no one being payed, what's the point? And what makes you think people will keep coming back with unprofessional, and even more, not-that-good content?
Stephane/Stefan, you really have to start thinking about the future, not the present. You think ONLY about the present. What happens when everyone finds Graal not worth their time anymore? What happens when there's only trials? What happens... what happens... what happens? You have to think about this a little more. If you have an advertisement campaign or a way to have people NOTICE Graal, and you have professionals or just even a way to give motivation to creators besides "oh, you can warp around and be staff!" Graal could actually be a great game.
Problem is, you don't listen to what players try to tell you. Maybe if you did and corrected the problem Graal could be better. Take this into consideration.
