OOO an other idea just hit me,

Players can buy houses and turn them into businesses. Like initally being able to sell a limited number of items but if the business grows then it gets more item slots.

Same for gangs. Lets say if enough people are in a party and own enough property collective that area becomes gang terrority.

Heres my other idea i had at the era POW WOW event. Gangs have territories that can be taken or gained. Businesses in that territory have to pay a protection tax to the gang in control.

Man im smart. Dont go stealing these ideas atrius etc.

Hey, Atrius is pretty fun when it's got a playercount.
The only downsides to Atrius I've seen are:
  • Bases aren't PK-friendly.
  • Atrius staff are highly unprofessional. They act like children,
    and use staff tools as if it's their playground.
  • The majority of active players spend more time making money than PKing.

Fix at least two of the above issues, and Atrius would get headway.

I came up with two ideas to help bounty hunter get more business.

-1- Have it so every time a bounty hunter kills a marked man it will automatically take a screen shot, and send it to the player who placed the bounty, through the mail system.
(not sure if it would be possible to script)

-2- Have a top 5 bounty list, in the BH base. a list of the top 5 people with the most total bounties ever placed on them.

The system made me want to go out and spend a year earning money then put out a huge bounty on a trial...I never got around to it tho..It would have been awesome

Yea, I was thinking of something along those lines. It's kind of stupid how they place a bounty but never know or get the feeling when their death comes. I was thinking of maybe having it where the target is sent to the BH base, or some kind of prison cell, after he is killed by a Bounty Hunter. There the client can pretty much kill the target himself without getting worry about him shooting back.

The target would stay in there for about 2 minutes tops so that the client has time to get there and players don't complain about the timer.

This is just a concept.

The one thing I dont get about bounty hunter is its a cool idea but honestly who places a bounty on someone to kill them? You could go kill them yourself and not lose 500->X amount of dollars

Yeah I like that idea. I think it would work well. Just needs some more thought.
