Well, whatever Zero's reasoning for doing this is, I'm glad he's actually trying something for a change. True, he may be using this as a springboard to become "Global Staff" but in our own ways we all have ideas how to improve Graal we just don't carry them out, yet those that do are seen as people with a hidden agenda.

Now all that's left for us players is to see the outcome

I mean not all people have greed or power trip reasons for wanting to become a global. I wouldn't mind becoming a global simply because I know what it's like have to be waiting for one person to get to your issue for a week. If we had enough globals we could always have someone on hand.

Wow, I got a neg rep for agreeing that it's a bad idea to not listen to your customers!
As I've stated, this thread assumes that Graal has a future.
Companies that don't care about their customers rarely last a long time.
