you are saying you got the cloak as an event prize? its still a cloak, stefan said girdles(with the exception of event/easter ones), bracers(same as girdles, not counting the ones james evented off which I'm thinking is still 'illegal'), and cloaks would be reserved for future quest prizes, so in short, these items should have never been known to the public

If the files are anything like the files from... "the game", then it wouldnt take longer than 2 hours to search and get rid of all the artifacts that shouldn't be there anymore.

Someone came clean to me who was one of the people who recieved items from James, the following items were given to him:
war hammer of might, pheonix helm, pheonix shield, midnight robe, gloves of the bandit

Sorry but I'm inclined to think that serpant cloak and dex bracers weren't evented off, especially since I never even heard of the event nor did anyone complain about them, since cloaks are extremelly rare, plus the dex bracers are pretty good

btw: those items were removed from the guy who came clean's account

Now that I think of it..

I always wanted those gloves and was on graal most of the time waiting for james to event it but he never did..

Where is he anyways? the forum said he is looking here I think but he hasn't said a word.

Tseng, you should focus more on 2k1, not GK :/ Nobody is even supposed to be on GK RC anymore (on debug yes, but I see you and James idling on GK RC most of the time) and I think the only person who should be able to ban is Lyndzey, Angel, Tyhm and Stefan/unixmad. GK isn't a playerworld, what you did to Toran was not right.

I didn't feel like sharing my opinion until now. You guys didnt even know for a fact that he used a fake CC yet everyone believed he did. That's just so ignorant. I am starting to play GK less and less because all of this bull**** that's going on. I miss being staff very much...It was fun warping to those in need and giving them some food or helping them find a town and yes some people will say you don't need to warp to help.

GK isn't like other servers, most people want you to help them find places by walking with them, they will get lost and confused if you just say "It's over that mountain, on that side, yeah" and they will be like "Huh?". *sigh* I love GK dearly, that's why I've stuck with it ever since it came out and all this stuff happening while Stefan is away is just sick.

And Tseng can go ban Toran for believing he was using a fake CC, yet he ignores me when I ask him for my things back from Brads account because he said I quit and got one of the admins to change the pass for him. This better get sorted out. James should be fired and banned from graal.

Oh, and GP has no evidence, just his word, you cannot assume Toran uses a fake CC, if he did he would of already been banned because Unixmad would know.

I've been on Era one day in the past two months or so. Ask Chrisz or the players there, man.

Like I said - I never banned Toran for CC Fraud, but aside from that I do believe he did it. Why? Becuase he mentioned it himself, and becuase Ghost Pirate said Toran upgraded him, and then he was banned for CC Fraud. What I believe does not need some kind of 'proof', but if I was to take action about CC Fraud (Which, as I stated, I did not), then I would need more proof than someone's word.

Uhm, bezerker also upgraded Ghost Pirate.

But, Jagen, james might have given out items, but I didn't get dex bracers or serpant cloak from him. IM me some time, and I'll tell you about it.

Why is it that anyone that's in Dustari can report something to you, and action is taking immediately? You seem to favor Dustari and you are pretty biased. I read what busyrobot said to Torankusu about his father, and it was sick, I couldn't fathom reading the whole thing, it was just way out of line, though you believed him, why? Because he is in Dustari nonetheless! Also, you said Jagen is allowed on RC, of course he is, he doesn't just get on RC and idle like James and yourself do -_-

You need to stick with 2k1 and stop being egotistical..

You can expect most people that get power on servers run by Stefan to be egotistical..Luckily this isn't true for SOME people..

If someone is accused of sexual harrassment, and receives a warning about it, and then someone else complains that he was sexually harrasing them - Am I supposed to automatically assume that he is a saint and has not continued his already-demonstrated poor behavior?

Hypothetical Situation to compare to:

A convicted rapist is accused of raping someone again. There is sufficient evidence to believe that the person who accused him is not lying. What do we do? Punish the person who has already been convicted.

And, I idle on RC? I am always there when I have RC on, with very few exceptions (such as if I need to step out for a few minutes to grab something to eat. If you refer to times when my name is 'brb', I am there most of the time, but have changed my nickname is because I do not feel like answering stupid questions.

Proof of repeated offenses? Well, you yourself admitted to sexually harrassing misty di and some others earlier, and your name that day would be a second, and thus a repeat, offense. For the term 'repeat offender' to apply, you need not have been warned/punished/etc for each individual one - you need only have commited that offense repeatedly (hence its name).

I don't think Torankusu would ever intentionally try to sexually harass anyone. I mean, he was FAQ Chief on 2k1 for 2+ years..It's like Lyndzey deleting accounts for no reason, it's unimaginable. Would you care to show these things that Torankusu said? He showed me the log, he told Padren to stop but he continued dishing out vile comments..
