That'd make things interesting, only an overlooked detail is the aura, a thief couldn't afford to wear those if people could feal the aura :| Not that bringing this up is important or nessisary in any way/shape/instance/form/manner/alternate demension.

This'd also look cool on thiefs and miners, hence the luck, not much for fighters though (no armor or AC bonus) so we shouldn't have the incredable hulk wearing one of these.

This kinda reminds me of the deiti whom doesn't allow you to use weapons or wounding spells.... There could also be a few better enchanted versions of this, Anch of Blasting, Anch of Holy Word, Anch of... you get the idea...

This book teaches the spell Sanctuary! Casting would create a small field of holy energy, probably large enough for 1 t-rex or 4 players. Upon entering this field, you gain: Regeneration+10 Sustenance+50. (You lose those if you leave the field) the high numbers are to make up for it being a spell, it needs to have a darn good effect to be worth anything (and regenerating in that way increases consumtion x.x blah, so the sustenance is to make up for that.). Another note, is it would heal ANYTHING that enters it!
Another Idea on this, is to have it drain 1 point of grace from the fields creator for every second that the player is in, hence forcing the priest to pray or lose the spell. if 2 people are in it, 2 grace points per second, etc. It would vanish once you hit 0 grace.
