I also think that making 2k1 a mini-game server would be crap. There needs to be a new overworld with new levels and everything. You can still have the minigames, just link the levels differently...

Any of you that have ideas for Graal2001 and/or the new name, please e-mail me ([email protected]) about them so that I know what the majority of you would like to see happen.

Also, if it's not a big deal, I'd like for anyone that works on Graal2001 and reads this to e-mail me with exactly what you do for the server (levels, graphics etc.) so that I can make a list.

I don't mind how the work is split up between Koni and Ibonic, really, I'd just like to not have kingdom be on 2k1. Obviously, the environment you are trying to convery would not be suitable for teaching people the basics of role-playing. You can role-play in a "game park", and that was one of the original problem with poor role-players on 2k1. Just leave 2k2 to role-playing

I like Graal Party best of the suggestions. Bomy Moon's probably next up. Carnival, in my opinion, sounds better than game park, just as game park sounds better than super happy-happy fun umbrella game.

You only have to pay once for classic, and it's not supported(the same way gold is) I don't think. I don't see how anyone could still like to play classic, but that's my opinion. :X

I'm almost 20 now and still no job. I've been playing graal for years. I guess it's either because I don't suck up, or because I didn't really try to force myself on people.

I'm really tired of seeing eleven year olds who have been here for a few months getting jobs that they can't handle(no offense the the younger players). EDIT: I say that because N-pulse was really messed up by the players. We all wanted something new(...not all of us...), Geo gave us something new. Most people didn't like it and left(like me). Geo got tired of the whining and all of us old players left, so Geo handed it over to one of the remaining few(who new he'd pick ******?), and the rest is history(and why I don't play N-pulse anymore).

Geo wants to be a regular player now and I respect that...even though when he asked Moonboy to give him NP back, Moonchump refused. :grrr:

Since then I've started playing the gold servers, but to get a job you have to act like a friggin politician or something and that's just not me. *LiL NightFall for President*

i think ibonic will do a good job, he's learning everything about the server pretty fast with me showing 'em around and from knowing him on classic before he seems pretty cool and down to earth. as for the graal 2k1 name...hmm...not sure but it should be somethin similar to one of those communication type games like harvest moon and animal farm.

I find this ironic and yet good , why? Because what I started on Npulse months ago , The Amusement Park (Funland) geared to rides and just fun things to do and changing the "theme" of Npulse to NPulse

Which is on the Server message , what Unixmad is doing on 2001 "seems " to be along the lines of what I am doing with Npulse , give the player fun things to do besides just quest, pking, sparring etc.. I guess months ago when I started this project , it wasn't a bad idea..

What I posted here is old, if you look at the date on that other thread. You'll see that it was new.

Stop acting like you've been around N-pulse longer than you have, as if you've done so much for it. You can't compare yourself to Frank, compared to Frank your nothing at all(to anyone who used to play N-pulse BEFORE you took over).

I already explained that I'm not Frank many times. If you know anything at all, then you know that I'm NightFall's RP son, I have been for a LONG time. I didn't just appear out of no where, and at no time did I ever try and pretend to be Frank. Hints the LiL...

You cannot progress into the future if the present is messed up? How can we ignore what has to be done...the focus should be NOW not later...Things must change now, because they are standing still and all these glorious plans for the future, yet the present may lead to no future at all....In my opinion we have management issues to address and things need to be secured and done with in a business sense. You cannot make goals to complete when things in the present are damaging the future of the game we like....

Anyhow...thats my 2 cents...I believe the focus should be stablizing the game, rather than making all these "cool" ideas...

A lot needs to be fixed and changed...those should have TOP priority yet they aren't so how can we progress?

I want to progress..lets hope I am given the oppertunity to allow that progression into the future .......Because acting now is a better game plan then acting for the future.....

I agree , with the right people in place , people with Management background (also outside the Game would be nice too) But then again This council needs to be "adults" for obvious reasons (legal issues on contracts with them). So the Game can progress where it really needs to be for a Commerical Game. Graal has a bright future but I also agree with Nem there are issues that need to be resolved now and not pushed aside till tomorrow.
