ok this is my first time trying to edit a midi so it hasnt really changed, im still trying to get the hang of it, im using Anvil Studio so if you could give me some tips that would be great!

well try and guess what midi it is.

i just made a cool tune for the steel drums!
this was my second time makeing something from scratch on the editor, ill post a piano one which was my first.

Hehehe I guess I should have posted here in the first place considiring im SFX/music admin for 2k1 as well as developer.
Anyways attached are 3 songs.

One is a jamaK'n type piece. My first song =P
Another one is my Cave song I dunno I was just messin around but a lot of people liked it

The last one when i was messin around at 1 am with double hands on keyboard
Hope you enjoy and dont use with me saying its okay =P

The first two were obviously sequenced by hand in cakewalk, and if they were recorded live, your "short" one wouldn't have been so horrendously choppy and shaky. None of them equal or come anywhere close to the musical structure in your jamaican one. Most people don't have such clarity in their first midi, and if they do, then it would show in future midi's, which it obviously doesn't.

...... *Smacks* (The Jamak'N one was made with MidiSoft Recording Studio. I really enjoy that program a lot but the sound output is horrid. So I saved it as a .mid file then i opened it up in Note Worthy when I got that later on in my music track then I saved it with Note Worthy, and bam it makes it sound 100% better. I now will do a few touch ups with Finalle. But the other two songs were made like i explanned up there in the attachment^.)

I won directors award for my high school this past year. I won best percussionist at UNCG greensboro music camp in the symphony. I have worked for other online games such as FTO,Auroria Online, Mistorica online is offering me a job.

Why are you drooling over Studio4/6 when u could use Logic Audio 4.6 and get like 30x more power out of it? Logic Audio is a FABULOUS program. It is expensive so I'd recommend a trial or cracked version to try it. Btw its made by Emagic if you needed to know.

lol...its really sad that almost everything posted here aren't original. they sound like graal midis that u pulled out from the folder and just slightly remixed, the 1st one posted is probably original although it kinda rings a bell. DVs own are cool but the last one (short) sounds like u were trying to play beithoven (or however u spell it) and it came out wrong. i made my own midis a while back but it went bye bye when i formatted the hard drive in my other pc. this weekend i made 2 sfx for graal ganis on 2k1 ( a burp one for karsh and a clap one for me.) next weekend i'll make a midi and post it here cause i go by my cousin on the weekend and he's a DJ. he got alot of equipment which i could use including:mixer,guitar,keybourd,mic,5.1 surround speakers.

I have some REALLY COOL MIDI that I want to submit but I don't know if I can submit ones that are not of my own work...These MIDI are from the SNES game "Legend Of The Mystical Ninja" and they are sooooooooooooooooo cool! How Do I submit?
