I don't think it's fair to dismiss a paying customer's complaint like this, considering it might be true, and if it is, BirdBird probably shouldn't have done that.

I think the issue was that he was PKed by staff and staff weapons, and that his AP was removed..

What have the forums come to? You people are damn animals. Whenever someone posts and has a legitimate complaint you ridicule them and shun them. I remember a day when the forums were a happier place, and you new forum kings didn't opress.

When I get pked legally (normal player doing it, or no admin updating the level for the pker to kill me idly) its ok, when a admin does it to take my money with his staff weapons it is unfair. I pk legally, in case you hadnt noticed.
