some way to change account personal details

I've had this account since like 2003 or something and I have no idea where my Order ID is. Then again my account was bugged and apparently I had a couple of accounts under the same e-mail so my account in general is a huge mess. My oldest emails under the email account this is signed up under are from 2007 :/
