Why is it when Jman is PKing Death Xin, Jman does not appear to lose HP (or heals himself) when he is hit?

since the post containing the reply to this post was deleted (not for the reply itself) I wanted to post the reasoning. The video creator edited out all the deaths Dman had got against Death Xin to make the fight look more favorable.
