1) Introduce yourself. Who are you? What do you do? Where are you known? Why do you play Graal?
Hi! I am known as NeoJenova or Neo Demigod, mostly known around classic servers for my sparring and pking. My main server would
have to be Unholy Nation (UN). I have spent nearly 8 years on graal 6 of them on UN and 5 years as staff on Unholy Nation. When I
was younger I played because I enjoyed every aspect the game had to offer, from the community, game play, and development. I mostly
play now for random fun and the little community that is left.
2) Experience with "online-only" staff teams, including playerworld work here on Graal.

During my time as manager on Unholy Nation I successfully had the
overworld you see today finished and implemented.
I have also been back to UN to help a few times although my amount of interest in the server has left, I would still
help if I was absolutely needed.
I also have been trusted with RC on many servers (classic and hosted) to help or even solve stolen content (from UN of course) problems.
Not sure if that count as experience as staff but maybe shows the levels of trust some people have of me in the community.
3) Assuming you have piqued our interest with your qualifications, what makes you stand out as an applicant?
I think from my time managing a server the size of UN and the MANY problems that arise on that server I think I could
easily handle the many different playerworld issues that arise around Graal itself. I would think I have experienced most of them
on UN already anyways.
4) What is your education level? Are you employed? What amount of time can you dedicate to Graal-related duties each day?
I am currently a part-time college student with a part-time job, (35hrs a week) although my weekends are free and I am free from work and
school by at least 9PM EST. I can devote 3-5 hours a day (or more) to PWA duties.
5) What do you see that needs changing in Graal's playerworld policies?
Not sure if I think many of the policies should be changed, but I do think the actual PWA team should be more involved with
the new playerworld sign-ups. I am talking about the completely new, provide more guidance (hands-on). Giving them certain guidelines
to follow and helping them achieve a stable staff system to help cutback on the Playerworld failures that we continue to see.
I mean basically help move the new content onto the Graal mainlands I guess.
I think this starts with actually producing something attractive to attract potential staff.

6) Show us some examples of your good judgment in certain situations.
I think it has already been said but through my experience as Manager I have experienced a number of things that any Manager
would experience and have overcome them.
