Website Guild List Bugged.
It looks as though the "Global Guilds Database" is bugged in terms of rankings, and a lot of activity percentages are being misrepresented. To list a few examples:

3rd - DarkLegions, established on 20 Apr 02 with a current activity percentage of 76
4th - Akilae, established on 21 Dec 01 with a current activity percentage of 87
5th - Red Blood Pirates, established on 28 Jul 02 with a current activity percentage of 66
7th - Masters of Elements, established on 11 Jul 02 with a current activity percentage of 73
10th - OBUS, established on 13 Mar 02 with a current activity percentage of 73
16th - Maze, established on Sep 02 with a current activity percentage of 100
27th - Bomy Gang, established on 22 Mar 01 with a current activity percentage of 71

All of these guilds are old, and all have a high position in the list. I know for a fact that in some of these guilds that the members don't play anymore, and the guilds have been up there since v5 came out.

Ok the algortihm was bugged, it was not detecting inactive members at all.
The inactivity check has been fixed. I have also updated the rating algorithm to make it actually possible for big guilds to have a positive rating. Inactive members are still decreasing the rating of a guild quite a lot though.

The new algorithm for rating is:
inactivity < 3 days: +4 rating
inactivity < 7 days: +2 rating
inactivity < 30 days: +1 rating
inactivity < 60 days: +0 rating
inactivity < 120 days: -1 rating
inactivity < 180 days: -2 rating
inactivity >= 180 days: -4 rating

Also fixed the activity, people that were online in the last 24 hours were seen as "never logged in". Rufus reported the bug.
