Level errors in observer mode

Doing observer mode in Zodiac for the hell of it and I saw that every now and then, a rectangle of black covers sections of the tiles. NPC's still show. This looks pretty bad (and would for trial observers) so it probably should be resolved

[Edit]: It was following a player around at the time.
