Im going to take the time out to reply to this, since you took the time out to make such a thoughtful reply to my post.
You know what? When you left N-Pulse im not sure if I ever saw more happy graalians. Obviously you werent friends with anyone you can tell by the way they speak of your management. Unless they became friends with you during that time. Fact is you probably were one of if not the longest manager of any classic playerworld on the list, you enforced the rules as if they were real life, and you were "polite and respectful" about it. So what?
At the end of the day your post has nothing to do with what I was saying, who the hell wants to waste all their time applying for a position they might not get when they can just get someone they know to get them into it?
I would believe you if you said you would, but thats where you missed out on this Giant thing we call a generation gap. Its not that way anymore, and thats the problem.
Its as much real life as anywhere else just like Bell said, and in real life, even if you apply to a place, chances are that if someone knows someone, even if they are not as qualified as you are, they will get the job. So no matter if they had just outright hired bell with no hiring of any sort, or had made a thread about it and humored us, who cares.
Fact is they didnt even try.
