Era is destroying my love for it. Some day, i won't ever want to play here again, and i don't like wasting my time. Im sure nobody else does either.

I think all the fat kids who have every gun in the game and like 400k should quit crying like little nerds. It's just a game. Also..for all of you that have everything on the game...What else is there left to do? You have everything. All that you can do is "PK" which gets incredibly boring after a while. Honestly I'm getting tired of this game. It has its limits. Maybe this reset will do all of your little fat fingers some good.

If you plan on a reset, why would you need a new overworld? It's asif you're taking this project as a walk in the park. Anyway; If you decide to create a new overworld, hopefully it'll be ready after Christmas - fully functional, new quests etc which would be worth the wait.

If that's the plan, whilst you're developing the new overworld Era is going to be running on classic. Well, knowing that it's going to be reset and what not I highly doubt players will be interested in Era untill after the reset. How will you keep the players interested knowing their work upon Era is going to be deleted anyway?

Hrm, I haven't thought about it - my opinions could change. My current opinion is too leave Era the way it currently is but heavilly modify it. I haven't submitted a vote yet. Please persuade me more with your plans before I make my decision.

This is silly, All Era does is run for a couple months until people can afford stuff and then it goes for a reset. We dont need to have a reset to fix the economy, there are many more simple ways to fix it. You can change the price of ammo, make money harder to come by, get rid of player owned buisnesses and set guns to higher prices. If however a reset is inevitable, players should be partialy compinsated by allowing them to choose 1 item out of there inventory to keep. If the reset does happen thier should also be no gang guns and only tag locked buisness guns to reduce the selling of guns for higher profits.

At what point did taglocked biz guns become more valid than taglocked gang guns? What aboud people with gang weaponry and no biz weaponry?

Im done hoping that era would be better, back to where it used to be a long time ago.

Thats why i destroyed my items at unstick me, instead of feeding the ****ed up economy.

And try to make it not just a popularity contest.

As for giving gangs meaning, i'll have to refer back to the old system where points were gained while inside an enemy base; in my personal opinion that was the funnest time of Era. (It was still ****ed up but it was fun)

SkyID, my hours of gym training have not affected the economy in any way, shape or form. Will I be allowed to keep 75 hours worth of effort in the form of gym levels or character stat boosts?

Hey Sklyd, you made a poll on the offical forums, non of the old players's votes even really count.
All you people complaining about "omg /cry make era a non-popularity contest /cry!", how about you play era for more than 2 months before you talk? People who have been here for years, people who worked up their rep and made it into power, why don't you think about us? All you're getting in this poll are the players who have played era for a few months, mabye weeks, and are behind. Man, I bet only 25% of them will still be playing after the reset anyway. But don't worry about the massive loss of players who have stuck through with Era, who leave after this reset. Only the newer players matter now, right? The players that will just cry 4 months after the reset about how so and so has a SG552 and they want one too, or how this one girl has a katana and it's too rigged, those players are the only people that matter now, right?
Seriously, why can't we have it the way players want it? We are the ones paying/playing the damn game.. Ok, so you globals get it the way you want it? Is that all that matters? You guys are adding so many fancy npcs and systems that NONE OF THE PLAYERS WANT! I mean really, if we HAVE to reset, why can't we just strip Era down to what it use to be back in Chrisz's Era. The players LOVED it! Why can't we get a real say in this? The real players, the OLD players? The people who have stuck to era through all this garbage, can't we get a break?

This is a post from J, he is not gold so I am posting it for him.
I feel that Era does not so much need to reset but bring new things in piece
by piece. The most important thing is the staff members. The staff for the
majority are awful. They don't listen to suggestions or warp to you when
needed for hackers/abuse of certain things. I feel that Era should have new staff
temporarily to see how it goes and if it doesn't go well, then reset should occur.

Your lag can only be fixed by moving your connection closer to the Era servers. Move to Europe, don't reset the server.

Oh, letting people choose a gun to keep can't be an option. All the guns caused

the guns are so unbalanced.
since when does a little 9mm handgun do more damage than an automatic 5.56 mm rifle.

also, change the gun sfx. if you want i could get some realistic sfx (not gonna tell you where i get them from, but at least they'll be realistic

and also, no fake guns. wtf is this bulldog that throws out electricity. if you wanted something like that you could have just put a taser

but anyways, yeah. i'm down for a reset. it'll be better for era, the only thing that would suck is that it wouldn't be the same overworld.
