Idiots, gold names, and gralat

I don't get why people care so much about gralat. It's fake money, and you can't really buy anything special with it anyway.

Idiots with gold names will just start PKing you, and then they'll run away and not want to PK you anymore. Why? They don't want to lose their gold name. Funny thing is, that lets you refill. Be funny to see them lose their gold name though and watch them get pissed.

old PKers (like me) used to have more honor.

We would PK, get a PK tag, PK until low hearts then retreat, wait 5 minutes and then heal then come back. Its admitting temporary defeat, but since I got around 10 kills per run...
There were no gold names in 1.2 and it was beter that way.

And it was never about the money! (except early 1.2)

The *** PKs would PK til they die, spawn again with 3 hearts and go right back at it. Most of them ended up on top 50 deaths which was considered bad, in Baddies.

Those of you who play G2K1 are chasing a pipe dream when it comes to money! I can see the PK'rs having a decent time making easy money, but why would the rest of you work for such long periods of time just to make enough for a party hat? Ever wonder why there is so much scamming and admin corruption on your server? It all goes back to the money. Make the money easier to acquire and you solve a fair portion of the G2K1 server problems!

I don't like Graal having 100 AP available. And PK tags are pointless, since on Graal2001, you get under 20 AP and you have 3 hearts. 3-5 not big difference. It's like PK tags were designed for Classic's 15 heart system.

(And PK tags made it too easy for people to get 49085092345 kills cause level 3 swords + 3 hearts = )

It's a lot like history, when people became vagabonds and cutthroats, working desperately long hours to make meager wages while the upper class had just as much money.

Same on 2001. The PKs work really hard killing but don't make much money while the rich elitists buy sell and buy bomys making tons of gralat every turn, then buy houses and sell keys.

i have alot of cash money, and 2 bomys, and i still PK for gralats, some times..

I remember I was introduced to Graal by my friend (been talking to him for 5 or 6 years online) Jersydvl. He owns teamsavezelda.com, probably the most popular Zelda website on the internet. It averages more than 2000 hits a day I think. Anyways, he was a big fan of Zelda and when he heard this game was in development he told me and I played a few months after the release. It was ok, all I know is I got PKed a lot by Baddies. People duped stuff for me, like shields/swords. Anyways, what I have to say on this matter is that PKing now is ***. Usually a bunch of immature fools run around PKing hardworking players and steal their Gralats. If I PK, it's only because somebody hit me first... then it's on. I'll be writing a rant soon... PKing will be a big topic.

Honor in graal is non-existent. I have seen some of the biggest pkers run and heal at some point in time.. Or they use dirty tactics, or kill the newest newbies they can find.

Face it, every single pker will use whatever it takes to get that extra kill without the extra death. The better the ratio of kills to deaths, the better that person is at killing newbies and pausing when they are low on health.

I remember on classic where me and a group of pkers (i will not say their names because it wouldnt be nice) used to go around and pk everyone we could find. They would kill about 20 people and die several times.. then when they had like .5 at one point in time, they would pause (while not really fighting anyone) and then wait for everyone to leave and their ap to raise up, or to wait for an easy kill that couldnt hit them.

I remember seeing people call other people healing newbies, and then 5 minutes later I would see that same pker healing in a bed.

Pking on graal = Do whatever it takes


If you want some type of "honor" then sparring is the only way to go.

Pausing = Gey

They should make something like you can't pause unless you havent used your sword for ten seconds. This should be added as a command on weapons too so pausing in battles would be stopped. I don't really care about people running anymore but pausing pisses me off. This is the reason I stopped peekaying on 2001. I do't want to lose my gralats but I don't want to pause either.

Im also a gold pker .
I don't do it on purpose I just idle on Graal and I notice I have a gold name and I get bored and kill, But I do not go heal. I don't worry about it. I have enough money not to.

(Waiting for IcePick to lose 2000g so I will be richest person on Graal2001)
