I need a Scripter

Hello Scripters.. Scriptees....

My playerworld has been born, and is at the point where we need a Scripter. I currently need a System Script, a Jail System with GP functions, a Day/Night System with Time, and Weather if possible. I can script myself, but im not quite good enough to make these types of scripts. Im just learning Server Strings now, well just yesterday acually.
