Alpha Blending trouble

Ok, so I have been having trouble with my gani, I know how to create alpha blending in ganis. I can make lights like on era. Thats easy, what Im trieing to do is make the head,body,mask,shield, and sword transparent (no particular reason). The only one that didnt work was the body. It showed up uneffected.
Ive provided my gani just incase I did something wrong.

For faster drawing and easier update of the colors the body image is a plain blitting texture, which currently cannot be alpha blended. There could eventually be an option to enable that though.

Oh ok, makes sense.
So im curious, how did Unholy nation achieve that with the ghost npc?

EDIT: Ive found that if you set the body as an attribute then set it to #8 in teh script, it doese basicly the same as BODY but sometimes, the body doesnt even show up >.<
