I know I posted this on the other forums but no important staff responded to it so I shall post here.

Dear highly ranked staff on Era,

Why do you hire those who have been banned tons of times to run public relations and GP but not me? I talk to people, they all tell me not hiring, but days later someone gets appointed the job. I've been banned for things I have been proven innocent of, yet you let people like Meph and Sean (just using them as examples, not saying they shouldn't be staff) be staff even though they have comitted crimes 3 times as serious as myself.

Now I bet most of you will start saying I'm unqualified for the position, I've heard it for years and thats a load of ****. I bet I'm as qualified if not MORE than those there already for atleast I know I am one thing all of them are not, fair.

Staff, please tell me why this is so. Also, the whole they all sucked up thing, maybe so but Rick or Skyld or Chris, is there any way I can just prove myself worthy of GP or something without having to be a comlete suckup?

If every person like you posted these kinds of topics, you'd encourage everyone to be posting around asking why they aren't GP,

No, I complain when someone else with a horrible history is hired when I asked alreday and I was answered, "Not with your history." I don't care if other people get hired. Actually I liked Ocelot and Chris as GP, BUT they were GP before me and deserve(d) the position. You guys already point out the pointless **** and never see the REAL point to my threads. Read before saying, "Ohh it's just mastermind begging again."

The 'high ranked staff' obviously thought that the people they selected to fill the GP and PR positions are qualified and responsible.

Meph, is a great help. You've got a problem with him?
Meph's helped us fix 'xxx' amount of bugs, without him every Tom and **** would still be abusing them.
Now, I suggest you stop this annoying little thing you've got going down, before you're prohibited to having an RC on Era.

If staff don't want you as GP/staff, stop pushing it. The more you compline and ***** about the situation, the less chance of getting the position (even though you don't have a chance and everyone knows it)

And i think what he's trying to say, is he feels that he was'nt hired because of his history, and he knows that others had the same history. But what hes not thinking about is what those who were hired have to offer.

Because you are annoying, unprofessional and a bit stupid.
We hired Meph, Faith and Sean because we thought they'd do a good job, unlike you, they aren't annoying and they don't complain about useless things. They are able to get along with almost everyone on Era, ("Is it my fault if Era doesn't" like me? Yeah; don't even ask) I asked Skyld if we could hire some more PRs, because doing the whole work on my own plus being the Events Team admin was a bit hard. So I appointed Faith and Meph, they passed the trial phase and are now part of the Era staff team.
Change, gain some patience and professionality and one day you might be able to work for Era, just quit being an ass, seriously. Did you really think this thread would help you out in any way? Crying does not help.

Everybody but Minh has failed to see the point in this thread! Wow! I was just simply pointing out how it was unfair they said people with a history like mine couldn't be hired and then people with worst histories than myself were hired. Minh saw I was saying that and read what I said carefully and answered me. You all are just assuming that this is all about me being GP, but I never said that. It would be nice but not now, I work too many days a week. I wouldn't be active. Happy people?

However, I've explained it allready, you've just replied with 'zzz whatever', I also think it was Rick's choice to not hire 'punished' players. I can't be too sure though.

I would have never been punished if YOU didn't ban me for stupid Ban Evasion for something I honestly didn't do. Which later was found as not a crime and to my understanding ban evation is still not considered a crime on Era today.

Why're you being stupid? Vulcan, I understand wrong because I wasn't GP just on Atrius/Trinity, I don't count that experience either. I was LAT Admin/GP Chief on Ol' West back when we had always 50 players. We RARELY ever had any hacking problems because we were strict about our punishments, and I made them all and everything worked well. That's why I say I have experience.

P.S. I wasn't active really anymore when that restart glitch was in affect. Sacred Shadow had just bought the server and he ****ed all that up himself.

Ol' West, 50 Players, wtf? Being staff on a private and public server is different, MUCH different. All the newbies PMing you and all drama and things happening. Its different.

There were the same amount of hackers and they were mostly noobies too. It was about 50% noobies and 25% people banned on Era, 20% of random people, and 5% of people banned from other servers and didn't like Era. I saw my share of all types of people and know how to handle noobs in all situations.

Ol' West had 50 playercount durring the end of Djinn's time. He didn't know how to handle the annoyance from players and stress so he sold the server. Sacred Shadow did good until he made a self-reset system and people abused it like crazy and I didn't like what he had done with the server so I quit. (plus I ran out of VIP)

On a sidenote (because this thread doesn't deserve a whole note, unlike Minh's spectacular observation), I'd like to point out that you, MasterMind, have a history for being a complete *****. You have trouble with comprehending why people disagree with you, and you aren't a very open thinker. That, among other reasons, is why you wouldn't be an ideal staff member for (most likely) any public servers. Until you can think of a real brain-buster, stick to UC servers.
