Spark910 has a spectacular aura about
PWA Application here: Part 1

Hello,
Okay here is the PWA Application, this will be in two parts.
Part1: Supports/Main Q
Part2: Situations
You will notice I have changed my minds about allowing Americans, we are now willing for you to apply for the job position.

Requirements/Needs for PWA Job:
*You must be willing and must quit any job you have with a playerworld at this moment in time, should you get offered (you don’t have to take it) the job, and then take it.

*We are looking for one Easterner, and one Westerner too. Please do not be angry or get upset should you not get the job. There will be a lot of people applying, when we are only going to pull one or two out of the applicants.

*The application will be similar to the last application for the PWA. Because it will be easier to do so.

*Not currently Global Staff.

*You must have worked on a playerworld as an admin at one point. You can also apply if you were something such as: GP Admin, NPC Admin, FAQ Admin etc…

*Be able to do about 2-3hours a day of PWA related stuff.

Part1a: Support
Getting Supporters:
You need to get upto 3 supporters, these will be used if both applicants are similar and we can’t decide between them, you don’t have to get supports but it is advised that you do get them.

*You must get support from staff of a playerworld (Not Graal Kingdoms)

*Due to the small amount of staff, compared to the amount of players, each supporter must be from a different playerworld.

*2/3 Supports can be from either Classic or Hosted tab playerworlds only, and only 1 support can be from an Under-Construction playerworld.

*The supporter can not be a global staff. This means people such as: Stefan, Unixmad, Angel and the GST, GGT or PWA, along with the other global staff. These people will not count, and they will be ignored as a supporter.

*You may not include any staff from the playerworld that you currently work on, other than the Manager. This must be a full manager and not an assistant manager.

*Managers on a hidden or under-construction playerworld will be worth less when it comes to deciding between two people when one person has visible/classic playerworld managers while another has hidden/under-construction playerworld manager.

Supporting:

Please use your supports wisely if you are going to, and only support people you actually do support, else it deceives the point.

________________________________________________

Part1b: Why should you be chosen for PWA?

That’s the Q, you need to give the answer!
Write as much or as little as you feel is needed, but think around the question, is my advice

--Spark911

Note: Do NOT send these in yet, a separate e-mail address will be given at a later date, and for now save the answers to this in a text document and what to do and how to send it to me will be said with part 2.

Yippee, there goes my chances of coming close to having a chance of getting the job
Why've you changed your mind? And what do you mean by eastern and western, do you mean East and West coast of america? If so, does that mean you no longer want a european? Why not?

Doesnt matter, the majority of the staff are American. Oh whatever, -tries anyway-

Co-managers count right ? For supporters from each server I mean. (Public not hosted or UC, I dont care about those right now)

Any particular reason for this? I don't know any non-global staff.

I guess he wants actual PLAYERS/PLAYERWORLD staff to support us. Not graalonline's. Remember, PWA's will be working with playerworlds, not globals

Mainly because people will swamp them with PMs/E-mails when they are already busy, and alot of people may not know the globals enough for the global to support them, so it wouldn't be fair.

Like Angel applied for PWA to Nemesis with Stefan/Unixmad, not that fair as the rest couldn't get their support, to Nemesis made her have just normal playerworld staff too

Few Q/A people have asked (please keep them here and not my PM inbox though which is filling each day)

Q: When will part 2 be out
7-14days basically.

Q: When will Part 1 close
Part 2 wont be out for another week, and you can still do part 1 during part 2's time, and upto the final date (to be decided later) when no more applications will be accepted.

We should be able to get globals. Anyone can contact them, I know many many ways to contact most of them. If they don't know the globals and haven't shown the globals they can do a good job, then obviously they shouldn't go to them for support.

But Nappa, the Globals aren't the people that you're going to be helping. You'll be dealing with the normal "Classic"/UC/Hosted servers whose staff are most likely NOT globals therefor it makes sense to be supported by THEM and NOT the globals.

sir

Just so you know, I am not complaining. I know it is up to you, but I just don't understand the real reason behind not wanting globals to be able to give support. I would think that globals would be able to give better support since they will be directly effected by who gets hired. I doubt they want an annoying person picked as a PWA. Not only that, but I think the current global staff would know more about what it takes to be a global.

Question regarding supporters.
Is there a max number of people that one person is allowed to support?

But then it's not fair when I ask their opinions on who they have objects to and support. Not suggesting they would be bias, but it avoids complications.

Just because you wont be working for globals isn't a good reason.

Globals understand the job and know the best qualities it takes to be one - Thus they should know if a person is good enough or not.

"You just can't" isn't a good reason.

I have given my reasons:
-They are busy
-They will be bugged
-They will be used later to infulence final members
-It's not fair to those who can't contact them possibly

Clearly our opinions differ, but thats enough reasons for me, and please stop trying to change it as it won't change, and it's spamming this thread pointlessly as it wont be changed.

The only good reason I see there is the third reason. All of those could be said about normal managers..

I'm not even trying out anyway.. I'm just saying it's stupid.
