Entering house, nothing loads

Been having a bug where the second or third time I enter my playerhouse in the same session, nothing inside loads except the positions and shadows of my horses...

- the lighting is fully bright, instead of dark like it should be.
- my furniture is all non-blocking and the graphics don't load.
- items on the floor don't load.
- horses have shadows, sounds, and emotions, but the actual horse graphics don't load.

It's not lag. The only solution is to reconnect, which gets REALLY old after a while.
